How to cancel an order?

As a seller, you can cancel an order before it is paid for. To protect the marketplace, frequent cancellations / refunds may impact your selling privileges.

As a buyer, you can cancel an order after 3 days if seller does not respond.

Orders will be automatically cancelled if seller does not respond after 10 days.

How to cancel an order:

1. Click on your Account page (@username).
2. Select My Orders.
3. Select the Selling / Buying Tab
4. Select the order you would like to cancel .
5. Select the cancel button.
