<h1 id="user-content-how-to-cancel-an-order">How to cancel an order?</h1>
<p>As a seller, you can cancel an order before it is paid for. To protect the marketplace, frequent cancellations / refunds may impact your selling privileges.</p>
<p>As a buyer, you can cancel an order after 3 days if seller does not respond.</p>
<p>Orders will be automatically cancelled if seller does not respond after 10 days.</p>
<p><strong>How to cancel an order:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Click on your Account page (@username).</li>
<li>Select My Orders.</li>
<li>Select the Selling / Buying Tab</li>
<li>Select the order you would like to cancel .</li>
<li>Select the cancel button.</li>
