How to charge a customer for an order?

Once a customer has made a purchase and the seller accepts the order, the customer’s credit card will be charged, and a pending balance will be visible in your Seller Account. At this point, funds are held by Blossm and will be released to the seller upon the customer marking the order accepted once it has been received or automatically 2 days after the order has been delivered.

If a shipment does not match the shipping address provided, this may result in you not being able to access funds.

Tips:

  • Be extremely careful when both mailing items and scanning shipping labels to upload into the Blossm system. Scanning the incorrect shipping label may lead to delays in a payout.
