What to do if you made a shipment and the balance is still pending?

If you have made a shipment and funds are still pending, please confirm that 48 hours have passed since the order has been delivered. To help expedite the process of being paid out, you may chat with the buyer and confirm with them that they received the items and ask them to acknowledge successful receipt.

  • If the buyer does not accept a delivered order, it will auto accept after 48 hours.
  • If you feel an order is stuck in a shipping status, you can email us at support@blossm.garden with the order number.
