What to do if you made a shipment and the balance is still pending?

If you have made a shipment and funds are still pending, please confirm that 2 full days have passed since the order has been delivered. On the 3rd day after the order is received, you can initiate a support request, by emailing us at support@blossm.garden with the order number.

To help expedite the process of solving the issues, you may chat with the buyer and confirm with them that they received the items and ask them to acknowledge successful receipt of the item, if applicable.
