<h1 id="user-content-how-to-cancel-a-delayed-order">How to cancel a delayed order?</h1>
<p>If your order hasn't been accepted within 3 days of placement, you're eligible to cancel it. No refund is necessary because your payment method was never charged.</p>
<p><strong>To cancel an order you are buying:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Go to your Account Page (@username)</li>
<li>Select My Orders</li>
<li>Select Buying Tab</li>
<li>Select the order</li>
<li>Select Cancel button</li>
</ol>

<li>If a seller hasn't sent the order by the scheduled delivery date while it's still in the Accepted status, you can request a refund by emailing our <strong><a href="mailto:support@blossm.garden">support team</a></strong>.</li>
