How to cancel a delayed order?

If your order hasn't been accepted within 3 days of placement, you're eligible to cancel it. No refund is necessary because your payment method was never charged.

To cancel an order you are buying:

  1. Go to your Account Page (@username)
  2. Select My Orders
  3. Select Buying Tab
  4. Select the order
  5. Select Cancel button
  • If a seller hasn't sent the order by the scheduled delivery date while it's still in the Accepted status, you can request a refund by emailing our support team.
